Do you need more information about a product, looking for an item not shown, have a question about an existing order or want to ask about our return policy? We can be reached by email and will answer as quickly as possible, in most cases the same business day.  Email us at

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to providing a quality experience. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can send it back for a full refund. We do ask that you contact us within 30 days and obtain a return authorization number. The shipping cost will not be credited back, it is nonrefundable.

Refused order

If an order is refused by the customer the original shipping cost, return freight amount and a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the credit when the item is returned to us.


If an exchange is required, please contact us via email us at for a return authorization. When we send out the new style or size, the credit card used for the order will only be charged a price difference if applicable.

Damaged Item

Please contact us via email at We will give you instructions to return the item for a replacement or credit.

Shipping Policies

We ship out via UPS, Fedex and USPS. Please contact us if you prefer a specific method of delivery. A tracking number will be provided after the order leaves our warehouse.
